A quote provides estimated pricing and does not confirm product availability. A reservation guarantees your order will be held exclusively for you on the date of your request. We require a deposit and a signed contract for all reservations.

There’s no strict deadline, but we recommend it as soon as possible. Our most requested rental pieces book quickly. Reserving in advance ensures availability. Once you are satisfied with your quote from the items selected from your Wishlist, we recommend putting down your deposit to hold those items.

Yes, once details are confirmed, our rental agreement is signed, then a 35% non-refundable deposit is made on your credit card to secure a reservation.
Once a rental order is reserved, final payment is due and processed in full 10 days prior to the delivery date of your scheduled event.

Yes, we completely understand that plans evolve. You can make additions or modifications to your order up to 10 days before your event date. You can easily make these changes by phone or email. Additions are subject to availability, and we will accommodate your request as best as possible.

We accept cash and all major credit cards (Visa, MC, AMEX and Discover). All credit card payments will incur a 3% processing fee. All reservations require a credit card to confirm the order and hold your event date.

There are no refunds on deposits. If you must cancel your reservation 5 days prior to your delivery date a 10% restocking fee will apply to the total amount of the contract. If your reservation is cancelled within 24 hours of your delivery, then a 100% restocking fee will apply to the total amount of contract minus delivery and set-up fees.

Yes. Delivery is based on the distance from our location to your event. The exact cost for your delivery will be itemized on your quote/contract.

Standard delivery includes ground-floor service during business hours. Deliveries involving stairs, late-night hours, or special handling may incur additional charges. There is an additional charge for set-up and breakdown of the rentals.

Some of our smaller rental products may be available for personal pick-up and drop-off during our regular business hours. However, most of our rental items are delicate in nature (fragile glass or breakable items, etc.) and must be packed and transported to your event by our staff. We do not permit items to be picked up in an open bed pick up truck or trailer. Items must be transported inside an enclosed vehicle. Refer to our website to see which items can be picked up or must be delivered by us.

We would love to! Designing an event can be overwhelming sometimes with all the decisions that need to be made. Let our team help with the design of the décor for your event and help take the stress off of you. For an additional fee we offer Décor Design services. Pricing varies based on the size of the event and the décor complexity. Call or send us an email to setup an appointment so we can meet to discuss your needs.

Once we deliver your rental items, you are responsible for all items. You must secure storage of these items. You must protect them from sprinklers systems, and/or weather, and properly repack all items as delivered in their containers. You accept full risk for the duration of your rental period until all items are loaded and returned back to us.

All rental items must be returned back to us. Fees for broken or unreturned items will be charged to the credit card on file. In the event that items are lost or misplaced, replacement charges of full retail value of the item will be charged to the credit card on file. If you find the missing rental items within 7 days, please return them to our office for a full refund.
